Cleveland Thermal buildingFor more than a century, Cleveland Thermal has provided Downtown Cleveland with district steam service.

In 1993, the company commissioned its district chilled water system.  Today, more than 125 buildings throughout the Downtown Cleveland footprint depend on Cleveland Thermal to heat and/or cool its facilities.

And some of these commercial, institutional, municipal and federal buildings have been a part of the Cleveland Thermal pipeline since the company began operations in 1894.
