Donald J. Hoffman
In addition to serving as Chairman of Cleveland Thermal, LLC, Donald Hoffman is the principal of The CREST Company, a management advisory firm he founded in 1989. The CREST Company provides consulting services to companies throughout the United States, including their international business interests.
From 1985 through 1988, Hoffman was president of The Hudson Group, Inc., a 15-location wholesale distributor of building materials. Prior to Hudson, he spent 10 years with International Paper Company in a variety of management positions in marketing, finance and operations. Hoffman is a graduate of Biola University and received his MBA from California State Polytechnic University Graduate School of Business and holds the CMA designation in accounting.
Hoffman also serves as the chair of the Wasco, Oregon County Planning Commission, and as the chair, board of directors for the Horizon Christian School in Hood River, Oregon. He is also a director of Keweenaw Land Association and Limited (KEWL) in Ironwood, Michigan.
