Michael Rastatter

Michael RastatterBusiness Development Manager

Michael Rastatter is Cleveland Thermal’s business development manager where he is responsible for driving sales and identifying new business opportunities. While his primary focus is increasing new steam and chilled water opportunities, he spends a great deal of time helping existing and new customers become more energy efficient through the deployment of a new energy management service line. In addition, he assists with Cleveland Thermal’s development efforts by identifying and implementing marketing strategies, gathering market research, assessing current trends and expanding the company’s product and services reach.

With more than 13 years of real estate management and sales experience, Rastatter has a deep understanding of the relationship between energy, buildings and their systems. The BEP (Business Energy Professional) candidate is a member of the Association of Energy Engineers and a graduate of Tiffin University. He is a life-long Clevelander and board member of the Cleveland Landmarks Commission. He is also active with Entrepreneurs for Sustainability (E4S), the Sustainable Cleveland 2019 initiative and the local real estate community.
