Case Study: Huntington Bank Building
Since its inception, Cleveland Thermal has been serving commercial office buildings throughout the Downtown Cleveland footprint. One long-term Cleveland Thermal customer is the Huntington Bank Building at the corner of East 9th Street and Euclid Avenue. This 1.3 million square foot Cleveland landmark, with its deep historical roots and its elegant architecture, has been a steam customer since it opened in 1924 and a district chilled water system customer since the 1990s.
Over time, the building’s ownership, in conjunction with its management company and Cleveland Thermal, has worked diligently to improve the facility’s operational efficiency.
The Huntington Bank Building is ENERGY STAR rated.
